Synchronization Service
There is one global synchronization service that handles the updates of Class-I and Class-II devices.
The engine identifies the device registration, before the new data is distributed to the devices.
This synchronization updates the applications and documents within the routine. Due to the intelligent synchronization mechanism, only new content is copied to the devices in order to minimize the synchronization time.
Any downloads made during an aborted connectivity are automatically resumed, to prevent duplicate downloads.
This is very important for updating a Class-II device via 3G. Along with the 3G connection, synchronization can be performed via local network, WiFi, internet connection or USB flash drive.
